Of course they're well over what you or i would give for them, or allow a "buddy" to pay. But, i think you'll see the final price land squarely within the range that we discussed.

OK, so they brought double what i suggested their value should be. WTF do i know?

Wonder if a transaction will really take place for that amount?

That's Peter.. I bought a pair of 511E's from him and also a pair of 802-8G's still in the Altec packaging. He's a good guy to deal with.

Yikes! I have a pair of Carmels with ground edge glass tops in similar condition -- not in a million years would I have thought the Malibus would bring this $$.
